Need help with a request?

Include your request reference and a brief description so we can review the right project.

At a glance

We use information to operate the MiniObjects connection platform. Request details support quoting; the selected printer receives the information needed to carry out the job. Print-project payments happen directly with that printer. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

1. Scope and platform role

This policy applies to information handled through miniobjects.in when you browse, sign in, submit a request, register as a print partner, communicate about a project, buy bid credits or contact support.

athmasakhi operates MiniObjects and handles the platform information described in this policy. Independent printers, banks, payment providers and linked design websites also handle information for their own services. This policy describes our handling of information; those providers are responsible for their own practices and applicable obligations.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and contact details: your mobile number, name, email and sign-in identifiers, as supplied through mobile OTP, Google sign-in or your account. Google sign-in supplies the basic profile information authorised by that sign-in; it does not give us your Google password or inbox.
  • Print-request information: descriptions, references, uploaded designs and images, specifications, location details, quotes, selected printer, delivery and contact details, and project status records.
  • Conversations and support: messages, attachments, issue evidence, feedback, support enquiries and records of our response or account review.
  • Print partner information: identity and business details you provide, contact information, location, equipment and material capabilities, portfolio files, application records, tax details where supplied, credit balances and bidding activity.
  • Payment records: project payment instructions, references and acknowledgements shared by participants, plus bid-credit purchase amounts, verification status and transaction references.
  • Technical and security information: browser and device details, IP-related security records, access and error logs, session identifiers and locally saved preferences or request progress.

Please provide only information relevant to the project or enquiry. Get permission before sharing another person’s details, and remove unnecessary personal or financial information from uploaded files and screenshots.

3. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, operate print requests and quotes, share contact details after a quote is accepted, verify bid-credit purchases, and provide account and request notifications.

We also use relevant records to review printer applications and complaints, investigate misuse, enforce platform terms, secure and troubleshoot the service, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping duties. Platform administrators may review the records needed for those purposes.

Sharing information for a print request does not give MiniObjects permission to sell your design or let printers use it for unrelated work. The limited use of project files is described in our Terms & Conditions.

4. Who receives information

Other project participants. Eligible print partners receive the request information made available for assessing and quoting a job. After a quote is accepted, the selected partner receives the available request files and customer contact details; the customer receives the partner’s contact details. Request and issue records may be visible to relevant platform administrators. Do not include information in a request that eligible quoting partners should not receive.

Customers can see printer profile and quote information made available for selection and project fulfilment. A printer must use customer information for the agreed service and related support, protect it, and share only necessary delivery details with a courier or other party legitimately involved in that service.

Service providers. We use Google/Firebase for authentication, hosting, database and file infrastructure; MSG91 for login OTPs and supported SMS updates; and PayU for print partner bid-credit payments. Information needed to deliver those services is processed by the relevant provider. Support communications and technical operations may also involve providers acting for us.

We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary for a legal obligation, a valid request, fraud investigation or the protection of rights. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Payments and service messages

Print-project payments go directly to the selected printer. The printer and the customer’s payment provider handle the actual transfer under their respective terms. MiniObjects does not independently confirm that a bank transfer succeeded.

PayU handles checkout for bid-credit purchases. MiniObjects receives the transaction information needed to verify a purchase and allocate credits. Card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords and UPI PINs should be entered only where required by the legitimate payment provider, never in a MiniObjects conversation or support form.

Login OTPs and account or project notifications are service communications. Supported SMS updates can notify customers about new quotes and printers about accepted bids. You can manage available email and SMS preferences from the notification panel. Turning off optional updates does not remove project records or the need for an OTP when you choose mobile sign-in.

6. Browser storage, hosting and security

The website and authentication services use browser storage and similar technologies to keep sessions working, remember preferences and preserve draft progress. Your browser may store print-request drafts on your device. On a shared device, sign out and clear saved site data when appropriate. Blocking or clearing essential storage may interrupt sign-in or remove unsent drafts.

Our Google/Firebase infrastructure includes hosting and data processing in the United States. Other service providers may process information in India or other countries where they operate, subject to applicable requirements. We do not represent that all data stays in India.

We use HTTPS, authenticated access, role-based controls and restricted file access to protect information. No system can guarantee complete security. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised account or file access. A printer that legitimately downloads a file may retain a copy outside our infrastructure; we cannot remotely erase that copy and the printer remains responsible for its handling.

7. How long information is kept

We keep account, project, payment-verification, support and security records for the purposes described here and for applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute requirements. Retention depends on the record and the reason it is needed; closing a request or account does not necessarily delete every associated record immediately.

Unfinished uploads and abandoned drafts may be cleaned up. Files from shipped or completed projects may be archived under our retention process. Archiving changes how files are stored; it is not the same as deletion. Records relevant to an unresolved issue or legal requirement may be held while that need continues. Keep your own copy of important designs and agreements.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can review information available in your account and use the available profile and notification controls. To request access, correction, deletion, account closure, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or to raise a privacy concern, use the for a privacy or data request. Identify the account and the request clearly.

We may need proportionate information to verify that you are entitled to make the request. We will consider it under applicable law, explain any information we must retain, and respond within the timeframe that applies. Some requests may affect our ability to provide a service you are using. We cannot delete records held independently by your printer, bank or another provider on their behalf.

You may also pursue the complaint or other rights available to you under applicable law. Contacting us does not waive those rights.

9. Children, links and policy updates

Accounts and print agreements are intended for adults aged 18 or over. A parent or guardian should arrange a younger person’s project through their own account. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts; contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can review and take appropriate action.

Links to design libraries, AI tools and other websites take you to independently operated services. Review their privacy policies and licences before uploading a photo, design or other information. Inclusion on our Ideas page is not a privacy or safety endorsement.

We may revise this policy as the platform or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide further notice or seek consent where required. You can contact us about this policy through .
