MiniObjects is a connection marketplace. The customer and selected print partner agree and carry out the print project directly. Customers are responsible for assessing the printer and checking payment details before transferring funds. MiniObjects provides the platform and a way to report concerns.
1. Our platform role
MiniObjects is operated by athmasakhi. Available at miniobjects.in, the platform connects customers seeking custom 3D printing with independent print partners. We provide tools for requests, quotes, contact handoff after a quote is selected, and issue reporting.
The selected print partner supplies the printing service. MiniObjects does not manufacture, inspect, pack or deliver the print and does not act as the printer’s agent. A platform listing or application approval is permission to participate; it is not a certification of the printer’s identity, equipment, skill, reliability or output, and is not a performance guarantee.
Our responsibilities for operating the platform remain separate from the printer’s responsibilities for the print service. Nothing in these terms removes obligations imposed on MiniObjects by applicable law.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to open an account or arrange a print. A parent, guardian or authorised organisation representative may place a request in their own name and take responsibility for it. If you act for a business, you confirm that you can act on its behalf.
Provide accurate information, protect your login and report suspected account misuse. Sign-in is available through Google or mobile OTP. Do not impersonate another person, create misleading printer profiles or use another person’s payment details without authority.
3. Choosing and checking a print partner
Customers are responsible for carrying out their own checks before committing to a printer or making a payment. Ask for the printer’s business or personal identity, working contact details, relevant experience, samples, equipment and material capabilities, and invoice or tax details where applicable. Check whether the proposed print is suitable for your intended use.
Confirm the recipient’s name and payment account through your established conversation with the printer, especially if instructions change. Ask questions where information is incomplete and do not proceed while material concerns remain unresolved.
Partner profiles and quotes can help inform your choice but do not replace these checks. Position in a quote list is not an endorsement or quality assurance by MiniObjects. Printers must describe their identity, capabilities, pricing and availability honestly.
4. Your agreement with the printer
A request invites quotes; it does not itself purchase a print. Selecting a quote identifies the printer you wish to work with and shares contact details so you can communicate directly. Before payment or production, both parties should keep a record of the final agreement.
- The design version, quantity, dimensions, tolerances, material, colour, finish and intended use.
- The total price, applicable taxes, packing and delivery costs, payment recipient, advance and balance-payment milestones.
- Production and dispatch dates, delivery arrangements, and any agreed acceptance checks, warranty, cancellation, reprint or refund terms.
The print partner is responsible for the agreed manufacturing work, accurate invoices, applicable safety and legal requirements, packaging, delivery commitments and remedies for their service. Customers must supply accurate requirements, necessary permissions and delivery information, and meet their agreed payment obligations. Record agreed changes before work continues.
5. Direct payments for print projects
Payment for a print project is transferred directly between the customer and the selected print partner. MiniObjects does not collect, hold, release or settle these project funds and does not provide escrow, payment protection or a guarantee of recovery. The parties must verify the payment instructions, transfer the agreed amount and reconcile payment with each other.
Payment details, receipts and acknowledgements exchanged by the parties are not independent bank verification by MiniObjects. Do not share card security codes, banking passwords, UPI PINs or bank OTPs with another participant.
Raise an incorrect, disputed or suspected fraudulent transfer promptly with the printer and the relevant bank or payment provider. Report the associated platform activity to us as well. A platform complaint or account suspension does not reverse a transfer or guarantee a refund.
6. Print partner bid credits
Bid credits are a separate platform purchase for print partners, processed through PayU. Review the displayed price and number of credits before checkout. Credits are added after payment verification, are used to submit bids, and do not guarantee customer selection or earnings. They are not money held for a customer’s print project. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
If a credit purchase is duplicated, charged without credits being added, or otherwise incorrect, contact MiniObjects with the purchase reference. We will investigate the platform purchase and arrange the correction or refund required by the facts and applicable law. Do not send full card details or payment passwords. Refund and credit adjustments are not automatic simply because a bid is unsuccessful.
7. Designs, files & acceptable use
You retain your rights in your files and designs. By submitting them, you permit MiniObjects to store and process them for the request and permit access through the project workflow for quoting, fulfilment and support. The selected printer may use supplied material only for the agreed project and related support, unless you separately agree otherwise.
You must have the right to share and manufacture the design. Check the licence of downloaded or AI-generated models; a link on the Ideas page does not grant a licence or confirm printability. Printers must assess manufacturing feasibility and must not reuse, sell or publish a customer’s design without permission.
Do not submit unlawful or infringing content, malicious files, false evidence, fraudulent quotes or abusive messages. Do not request or supply prohibited items. Do not treat a model or a completed print as certified for medical, food-contact, child-safety or other safety-critical use without the appropriate independent assessment and compliance.
8. Complaints and account restrictions
First raise project concerns with the print partner and keep a record of the proposed resolution. You may also report an issue through the request or , including when you cannot access the project. See Delivery & Print Issues for the evidence and escalation process.
We may review relevant platform records, request information from either party and facilitate communication. Where the evidence warrants it, we may restrict bidding or suspend a print partner’s account for fraud, misleading information, serious or repeated non-performance, abuse or other breaches. We may also restrict other accounts that misuse the platform.
Suspension is a platform-access decision, not a legal finding or a promise of compensation. We do not automatically suspend a printer solely because a complaint is made. Urgent protective restrictions may be applied while a concern is reviewed; an affected user may contact support to provide information or ask for a review. Existing payment and fulfilment obligations do not disappear because an account is restricted.
9. Responsibility and your legal rights
Each party is responsible for its own acts and obligations. To the extent permitted by law, MiniObjects does not guarantee an independent printer’s work, delivery, payment instructions or refunds, and does not assume the printer’s contractual obligations merely by providing the platform. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.
These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse MiniObjects’ own fraud or unlawful conduct, or waive a customer’s statutory rights. A customer’s responsibility to check a printer does not remove the printer’s duties or the platform’s applicable duties. Direct payment and custom manufacture do not, by themselves, remove rights relating to deficient services, defective goods or unfair practices.
Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections available to you. You remain free to approach a competent consumer commission, court, regulator or other lawful dispute-resolution body. Platform support is not a compulsory substitute for those remedies.
10. Updates, privacy & contact
The Privacy Policy explains how information is used for the platform and project workflow. Delivery & Print Issues explains project support and payment concerns.
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change and will publish the revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required; a policy update does not retrospectively remove accrued rights or rewrite an agreed print specification.
For platform, policy or grievance enquiries, use the and identify the request or credit purchase concerned.
