Your print project is an agreement with your selected print partner. The printer handles production, dispatch and agreed remedies; print payments are made directly between you and the printer. MiniObjects provides a reporting and review process and may suspend a partner where the findings justify it.
1. Who handles your print
MiniObjects, operated by athmasakhi, is a connection platform for customers and independent print partners. We do not manufacture, inspect or deliver your print. Your selected printer is responsible for meeting the agreed specification and delivery commitments and for addressing problems with their service.
Customers are responsible for assessing the printer, providing accurate specifications and delivery details, and checking the recipient before making a direct payment. Printer approval on the platform does not certify workmanship or guarantee completion.
2. Before payment or production
- Check the printer’s identity, contact details, relevant work and capability to produce your design.
- Confirm the final model, size, material, finish, quantity and tolerances. Agree any sample or proof you need.
- Record the full price, taxes, delivery charges, payment milestones and verified payment recipient.
- Agree the production and delivery dates, cancellation terms, quality checks, and how a reprint, return or refund would be handled.
Keep a copy of these details in your direct communication with the printer. Do not transfer money while important terms or the payment recipient remain unclear.
3. Delivery and print quality
The printer arranges the delivery agreed for your project and should provide dispatch and tracking information directly. Ask the printer about missed dates, damaged packaging, missing items or tracking discrepancies.
Check the print against the agreed specification when it arrives. Keep photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label, and describe any difference or damage. Ordinary layer lines or colour and finish variations should be assessed against the agreement; describing an item as “3D printed” does not excuse a defect or failure to meet an agreed requirement.
Raise concerns promptly so evidence can be reviewed. This request to report promptly does not impose a blanket deadline that takes away applicable legal rights.
4. Changes, cancellations, reprints and refunds
Request a change or cancellation directly from the printer as soon as possible. Work already started or materials already committed may affect what the parties can agree. Obtain confirmation before assuming that production has stopped or a change has been accepted.
The customer and printer must agree any return address, collection or shipping costs, replacement, reprint, price adjustment or refund, subject to applicable law. Keep a copy of the agreement and payment reference. Do not send a print to MiniObjects for a return.
MiniObjects does not hold print-project funds and cannot directly reverse a customer-to-printer transfer. There is no automatic platform refund or buyer-protection payout. Custom manufacture is not a blanket “no refunds” exception to statutory rights, and a printer’s terms cannot override rights that apply to defective goods or deficient services.
5. How to report an issue
- Contact the printer. Explain the concern and the resolution you are requesting directly.
- Record the evidence. Include the request reference, agreed specifications, relevant dates, photographs and any payment or delivery reference. Mask unrelated financial information.
- Report it to MiniObjects. Use the and include the request reference. The form sends your enquiry to our support inbox as a platform grievance.
You may contact us immediately where you suspect fraud, abuse or a safety issue; you do not need to wait for a printer response first. Never share a banking password, card security code, UPI PIN or bank OTP with us or another participant.
6. Our review and possible account action
MiniObjects can review available project records and submitted evidence, ask either party for clarification and help the parties communicate. We handle grievances in accordance with applicable requirements, including acknowledgement within 48 hours and redress within one month where the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules apply. Redress may include a reasoned response or platform action; it does not guarantee the particular remedy requested.
Where findings support action, we may restrict bidding or suspend a print partner for misleading information, suspected fraud, serious or repeated failures, abuse or a breach of our terms. Urgent restrictions may be used while a concern is investigated. We consider available evidence; a report does not automatically result in suspension.
A suspension prevents or limits platform access. It does not recover money, cancel the parties’ outstanding obligations or replace action by a bank, payment provider or legal authority. Either party may provide further information or ask support to review an account decision.
7. Payment concerns and further help
For a print-project transfer, contact the printer and your bank or payment provider promptly. If you suspect fraud, also consider reporting to the appropriate authorities. Report the related platform conduct to MiniObjects so we can review the account.
For a PayU bid-credit purchase, contact MiniObjects with the purchase reference, amount and payment date. This is a platform purchase, separate from customer-to-printer payments, and we will investigate missing credits, duplicate charges and any applicable correction or refund.
Our review process does not limit your statutory rights. You may also seek assistance through the National Consumer Helpline or approach a competent consumer commission, court or regulator. See our Terms & Conditions for the platform’s role and responsibilities.
